'Major milestone' reached as Gloucester's The Forum is now fully operational
A big part of the city's economic and cultural renewal, Gloucester City Council is reflecting on the success of its flagship The Forum development following its completion in March 2026 – though concerns have been raised about the take up of its office space, with two thirds remaining empty.
