Cheltenham Town FC has announced that Kohler Mira, the Cheltenham-based business behind the Mira Showers brand, has agreed to extend its sponsorship of the club for two more years.

The partnership between the two local organisations has spanned 12 consecutive years, with Mira first sponsoring the club’s shirt in 2008.

Now, the leading shower brand will continue as Cheltenham Town’s title sponsor until the end of the 2021/22 season, lending its name to the home and away shirts worn by the team in both Sky Bet League Two and cup competitions.

Just around the corner from the Robins stadium, Mira’s Cheltenham site employs over 700 local people – with its staff recently conducting a vote to crown Ryan Broom as the Mira Showers Player of the Season in Cheltenham Town’s 2019/20 end of season awards.

Speaking about the sponsorship, Paul Bence, commercial director at Cheltenham Town, said: ‘It is fantastic for us as a football club to be able to work so closely with a company that employs hundreds of local people and boasts such a strong reputation in its industry.’
