Cirencester's stylish Téatro Bar and Restaurant is giving diners a New Year treat, with 20.24 per cent off its new winter food menu this January and February 2024.
Combining the very best local ingredients with contemporary techniques and exquisite presentation, guests can expect an unforgettable experience when dining at Téatro.
The new menu features hearty winter comfort food like ham hock Scotch egg with tarragon mayo; twice baked cheese soufflé; venison loin with haggis, crushed potatoes, poached pear and juniper jus; and chicken, chorizo and leek pie with buttery mash and savoy cabbage.
Vegans and vegetarians have a selection of delicious dishes to choose from, too, including cep arancini with basil pesto; garlic and rosemary baked Tunworth cheese with sourdough and tomato chutney; soft polenta with salsify and wild mushroom fricassee; and squash, onion and feta parcel with spinach puree and artichoke.
Téatro also boasts a Josper grill, with a selection of Cotswold butcher Jesse Smith's signature cuts, including native breed pork chop; rump, sirloin or ribeye steak; and côte de boeuf, grilled to perfection and served with watercress and a Roscoff onion.
The dessert menu is equally as impressive, with sweet treats including tonka bean rice pudding with Chantilly cream, custard and rice crispies; pear, pecan and caramel crumble with clotted cream; apple tarte tatin for two with Cotswold cream ice cream; and chocolate marquise with chocolate ice cream and cherry — with a selection of cheeses handpicked by Téatro's chefs for those who prefer something savoury.
The tastiest treat of them all is that there's 20.24 per cent off the final bill until the end of February when dining on Sunday at lunchtime, or Monday to Thursday from 7pm, excluding Valentine's Day.
