Netflix has announced its award-winning show Sex Education will get a fourth season.

The show, which is filmed in and around Gloucestershire, recently released its third season after the Covid-19 pandemic caused filming to be delayed. And around a week after the latest series dropped on Netflix, it was announced another season was in the works.

Filmed in the Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley, including Symonds Yat – the show follows Otis Milburn, played by Asa Butterfield, his best friend Eric Effiong, portrayed by Ncuti Gatwa and Emma Mackey’s Maeve Wiley and a whole host of other fan favourites as they navigate high school life and being teenagers.

It has not yet been announced when Sex Education season four will be released, but there has been speculation that it will be September 2022 at the earliest.

You can currently watch all three seasons of Sex Education on Netflix.
