The countdown is on for the much-anticipated opening of Cotswolds Designer Outlet, with excitement growing further as its retail operations manager Multi-Realm reveals more major designer clothing labels have secured space at the brand-new shopping venue.

Cotswolds Designer Outlet is the only major new outlet planned for the UK in 2025, set to open in July, with global fashion brands Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger joining a lineup of fashion, athleisure, beauty, homewares and dining brands that includes BOSS, M&S, Adidas, Levi's and GUESS — with even more still to be announced in coming weeks.

Regional developer and investor Robert Hitchins Ltd teamed up with Multi-Realm to successfully deliver the Phase One lineup of stores.

Property and development director at Robert Hitchins, Simon Tothill, said: 'Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger are an incredible addition to the lineup, and with more names to be shared soon, there is a hugely compelling story for the many retail brands who are already expressing interest in Phase Two.

'We’re now at a particularly important milestone in the build programme, as we hand over to retailers and brands to commence their individual shop-fits. With only a few more weeks to opening, all our teams, consultants, contractors and partners are working together to fine tune the details for what will be the go-to shopping destination for visitors from near and far; enjoying a full day out in a beautifully designed, Cotswolds-inspired retail setting.

'To launch a new retail scheme that is nearly fully let is a real message of confidence from retail brands who can see the huge potential for a fresh, modern outlet retail destination that sets a new bar for the industry.'

Alongside Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and the previously announced fashion brands, the other national and international brands currently fitting out and recruiting include Rituals, Tefal, The Perfume Shop and ProCook, alongside F&B brands such as Wagamama, Five Guys, Zizzi, Pret a Manger and Caffe Nero.

Independent Gloucestershire brand KNEAD Bakery is expanding with its first outlet location, too.

The success of Phase One has brought Phase Two forward, with Multi-Realm and Robert Hitchins expected to extend the outlet provision by a further circa 50,000 sq ft.

Christine Grace, leasing director at Multi-Realm said: 'There is a phenomenal momentum as we get closer to opening, and welcoming premium brands such as Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger alongside BOSS, Radleys, GUESS, Rituals and more, is a real testament to the premium quality and elevated experience that we are creating here at Cotswolds Designer Outlet.

'Having curated this stellar lineup of retail and dining brands that complement a full day out as part of the destination appeal of the Cotswolds, it is no surprise that we are already receiving strong interest from brands keen to be part of the Phase Two programme.'
