Cheltenham IT consultancy Fat Potato has raised the bar in its desire to create bespoke, cutting-edge systems to support businesses of all shapes and sizes.
Its newest offering is Chinchill.hr, a cutting-edge human resources and client management software designed for all businesses, from small and medium-sized enterprises to large organisations.
It aims to streamline HR processes, improve employee management, and enhance organisational efficiency through user-friendly features and customised solutions.
The technology logs timesheets, holidays, working pattern, custom reporting and customer management. It also includes mobile support, onboarding experiences for new hires and offboarding processes to ensure compliance and data security as well as an employee database.
It additionally incorporates a high level of security baked into the technology, including data isolation for each organisation on the platform. This allows Chinchill.hr to both effortlessly handle HR and keep its data secure.
These new services are being charged at a rate of £6 per user per month.
Chinchill.hr is currently developing a finance package, which will include expense management and invoicing, with some forecasting. It will later be focusing on a fuller forecasting suite, as well as password and performance management.
