Launched on Thursday 6 January 2022, BBC ONE show The Apprentice’s line-up for its 16th series – includes Sophie Wilding, a 32-year-old owner of a boutique cocktail bar in Gloucestershire.
Describing herself as ‘magical and enchanting’, Wilding opened Imperial Haus, a boutique bar in her own image, on Imperial Square in Cheltenham at the tail-end of 2020.
Furnished with neon lighting and swing seats, as well as a 10ft golden bird cage and flowers hanging from the ceiling, the venue on Imperial Square is an Instagrammer’s dream.
Wilding is one of 16 candidates in the running for Lord Sugar’s £250,000 investment this year.
The first episode, which featured a marketing challenge to promote Virgin cruises was aired at 9pm on BBC One on Thursday 6 January 2022, with Gloucestershire’s Apprentice hopeful making her way into week two.
