Cheltenham’s Holee Cow is launching a virtual vegan restaurant this January 2021

Perfect for veganuary, Holee Cow in Cheltenham has introduced a brand new, plant-based menu, at its ‘virtual vegan restaurant’ Holee Cowless.

Launched on Tuesday 12 January 2021, the brainchild of popular Cheltenham burger joint, Holee Cow, describes its new menu as ‘victoriously vegan’.

Burgers on the menu include its namesake Holee Cowless, with a plant-based patty, dairy free cheese, burger sauce and relish; Veege in the Middle, with a plant-based patty, barbecue jackfruit and dairy free cheese; and the Falafel Burger, with a spinach and chickpea patty, crispy courgette, roasted red pepper hummus and tahini dressing.

Vegan sides include crispy cauliflower ‘wings’, cheesy chipotle fries and Thai nuggets.

Holee Cowless is operating as a virtual restaurant, with the menu only available to order and collect. Orders can be placed over the phone and picked up from Holee Cow on Winchcombe Street in Cheltenham.
