The 2023-24 racing season comes to a close at Cheltenham Racecourse's only evening fixture, Race Night, taking place on Friday 3 May 2024 — giving fans one last chance to enjoy horse racing in Gloucestershire before the curtain falls on another year of epic fixtures.
Promising a fun and lively vibe from the off, the annual event lets spectators witness amateur riders and trainers compete for the honour of winning at the home of jump racing in seven Hunter chases, run over distances spanning two to four miles.
Expect an awesome atmosphere off the track, too, with Capital radio host Chris Stark hitting the decks from within the Grand Stand for 90 minutes, in the racecourse's first-ever trackside performance that's sure to keep the party going!
Also new for 2024, there's the opportunity to explore the iconic grounds and facilities of the racecourse, during the Horses for Courses Tour.
Costing £35 per person, this special experience includes Club/Tatts admission, as well as a 45-minute guided tour taking you through the history from Heroes of the Hill, to the stories of the famous jockeys and horses that helped to elevate the racecourse to the indelible status it now holds in the world of sport — along with the chance to access corners normally reserved for the runners of the day, such as the Parade Ring.
All proceeds for the tours go to the charity of the day.
Tickets for Race Night 2024 are available from £20 each, with hospitality packages available from £150, too.
