For one night only, guests are invited to Blenheim Palace to indulge in a four-course harvest feast hosted by celebrated British chef, Mark Hix.
Teaming up with hospitality company Searcys, the menu has been created with seasonal ingredients in mind to celebrate the best of British autumnal produce.
Inspired by recipes from Hix’s cookbook British Seasonal Foods, guests can enjoy signature canapes, and dishes including heritage beets with pickled walnuts and pennywort; fillet of cruden bay cod with buttered leeks and woodland mushrooms; and apple and blackberry pavlova.
