The biggest strongman competition in the world is coming to Gloucester for the first time ever, as the UK round of the Strongman Champions League takes place on Saturday 20 August 2022.

Visitors can be a part of the roaring crowd watching seven-foot-tall competitor, weighing in at over 200 kilos, defy gravity by lifting tractor tyres and pushing trucks with their bare hands.

Promising to be a fun, family day out, ticketholders can also enjoy food, drink, music and shopping within the arena, which will be open from 9.30am, with the main event starting at 11am.

In previous years, the worldwide competition has taken place in 16 countries, from Russia to the Caribbean and boasts big prize money – not to mention TV crews to capture all the action.

With organisers promising the event will be nothing short of ‘epic’, fans won’t want to miss what is sure to be one of the biggest events of the summer.

Tickets to the Strongman Champions League cost from £3 to £20 per person and are available via The Strongman Champions League UK Facebook page, with concessions available for NHS and emergency services workers, as a thank you for their ongoing efforts throughout the pandemic.
