With a focus on how to gain and maintain advantages over your competitors, The Growth Hub Gloucestershire is hosting a fully funded business planning workshop at its Forest of Dean hub this September 2024.
The county-wide support network welcomes business leaders to Vantage Point Business Village in Mitcheldean on Tuesday 3 September 2024 for the three-hour morning workshop.
Featuring expert insight from respected business advisor and project manager, Julian Grail, the workshop will focus on helping businesses develop their own ways of staying ahead of the competition, through thorough planning and development.
The event description states: 'The business world is becoming ever more competitive. Consumers have ever more choice and access to information which has given them empowerment and reduced loyalty.
'To be successful, businesses need to stay flexible and innovate to maintain competitive advantage. The key to success is understanding your customers so that you can build a value proposition that makes you the better than the rest.'
During the session, business leaders will learn the ins and outs of value propositions, looking at how to develop a compelling offer for customers; how to create a business plan on a page; and how to develop a unique selling proposition (USP).
All of The Growth Hub's events are fully funded by the UK government, with business leaders — from newly formed businesses to established ones looking to refine their offer — invited to attend at no cost to them.
The event runs from 9.30am until 12.30pm, with those looking to attend needing to book a place in advance via The Growth Hub Gloucestershire website.
