Gloucester Festival of Volleyball 2008

Enter your team now – Returning for another year of fierce competition is the Gloucester Festival of Volleyball 2008, being held at Oxstalls Indoor Tennis Centre on Saturday 9 to Sunday 10 August, with team entries now being accepted.

Gloucester’s Festival of Volleyball 2008 is back at the Oxstalls Indoor Tennis Centre on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 August, for two more days of fierce annual competition.

The 2007 Festival attracted entries from more than 100 teams – a mixture of men’s and ladies’ national, regional, local and social teams – and it is predicted that even more teams will be taking part this summer.

The entry cost per team is £50, including camping, entertainment and parking, with entry open to adults in six-a-side teams of all levels, competing on grass. Entry for spectators is free of charge.

This event is part of the National Volleyball England Regional Grass Series, which attracts teams from all over the country and parts of Europe.

Any teams that want to take part can apply to enter by contacting Janet Leach on (01452) 714331. Entry numbers are limited, however, so don’t hang around booking your space for too long.
