The Zutons at Westonbirt Arboretum

20 June – The Zutons are set to play a summer concert at Westonbirt Arboretum in Gloucestershire in June 2008, supported by Noah and the Whale and the Mystery Jets, and tickets are selling fast.

The Zutons have announced the dates for their first UK tour in two years and Westonbirt Arboretum, near Tetbury, will be the setting for their outdoor concert on Friday 20 June 2008.

The summer concert in Gloucestershire from the Liverpool-based blues rock band completes Westonbirt Arboretum’s schedule of dates as part of the Forestry Commission’s Forest Tour 2008 – which also includes an eclectic line-up of dates from Crowded House, Katherine Jenkins, Jools Holland and Status Quo.

The Zutons have just announced that their brand new third album You Can Do Anything will be released in 2 June 2008, meaning that the crowds at Westonbirt Arboretum will be amongst the first in the county to hear the band perform their new tracks, including first single ‘Always Right behind You’, live in concert.

Fans of the five-piece will also be able to hear hits from the band’s multi-platinum selling albums Who Killed The Zutons? and Tired Of Hanging Around performed in June, as well as catching up-and-coming support band Noah And The Whale on first, followed by the Mystery Jets.

Tickets for The Zutons concert at Westonbirt Arboretum cost £26 and are expected to sell-out. Tickets are on sale now from www.ticketmaster.co.uk.
